this is a highly-recommended read.
i ventured my way through it last summer, and it really does offer a fascinating explanation of the world & globalization.
soccer means a great deal more to the rest of the world than it does to most americans.
at parts, it is a wee bit slow-moving, but i promise, it is well worth it in the end.
so czech it out!
also: please note that i am writing this on my brand new macbook pro.
yes, it is beautiful.

I haven't read the book, but I did go to Lindenwood University. Almost sixty percent of the student population consists of international students. I now have a newly found respect for the game of soccer, for it is very important in the eyes of my international friends.
I just went out and got that book. It definitely sounds interesting! Thanks for the recommendation :)
