this week has been a doozy.
as part of my recovery process from my surgeries/illness, i've been trying to force myself to be more normal.
to do the things i love doing-- to work, to exercise, to spend time with friends, along with the pressure and demands of school.
though i've added a lot more of the things i love into my schedule,
this week has been pretty brutal for me.
i know this may seem like pan comido (easy, a piece of cake, in español) to the normal person, but with my energy levels, this has really wiped me out:
add a non-stop migraine on top of this, and it's been... a joy.
though it's been difficult, i have to look at the situation with some gratitude.
a month and a half ago, i was in bed for 14+ hours a day.
now, i accomplish so much every week! (we're speaking in relative terms here, people.)
that being said... it's still pretty rough.
i'm in need of some good r+r.
does anyone have some good suggestions for quick relaxation?
anyone? anyone? bueller...?
