so long, summer.

i am a summer girl.

through and through and through.

there's something about summer that brings me inexplicable joy.

like, it's hard for me not to be happy in the summertime.

and this summer was one of the awesomest.

but now that it's officially october (what?!),

i figure i better say adieu to summer for good.

one of the last activities i did to celebrate summer was attend "art in the park" in boise with my family a few weeks ago.

we checked out all of the "art" galleries,

but mostly we just indulged in all of the summery food we could get our hands on.

and that grilled corn on the cob? so, so good.
