so i know this lady.
and she is unquestionably the best baker in the whole, wide world.
she has made my gluten-free days bearable... dare i say, delicious?
while i was in boise last week, she graciously baked me some gluten-free, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies after i gave her cute daughter a tennis lesson.
needless to say, i ate at least five cookies a day until they "suddenly" disappeared.
oh, so good....
