this past weekend, i headed to LA for a wedding... turns out, my weekend was filled with much more than just work!
my california adventure began in hermosa beach.
the cute bell family were kind enough to let me stay with them for the weekend in their adorable little beach house.
i got to spend an evening with darling maddi; she is one of the most genuinely kind people i know, and i loved having the chance to reconnect with her!
we headed to the famous promenade and santa monica pier to enjoy dinner and a nice little stroll.
we reminisced about our times in spain, learned a little bit more about forrest gump, witnessed a really "awesome" beyonce cover concert (and then some), & caught up on each other's lives.

santa monica pier is as good as it gets. ahh looking through your pictures took me right back to the last time i was there. i'm ready for another visit. speaking of your pictures those were all AMAZING!
